About The Position

Michigan Sugar Company is adding an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician at our Toledo, OH plant (3332 St. Lawrence Drive, Toledo, OH 43605). What you’ll tackle Preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and plant systems. Electrical diagnostics and repair: motors, control panels, PLC hardware and logic. Mechanical service: pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Fabrication/modification of parts to improve performance and replace wear items. Welding (MIG/TIG/stick) for structural and equipment repairs. Reading and applying schematics, prints, and technical manuals. Compliance stewardship for GMP and OSHA standards. Cross-functional downtime reduction with production partners. Accurate CMMS/work-order documentation and spare-parts tracking. Support for upgrades and installation of new equipment. What you bring Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required). 5+ years in industrial maintenance with exposure to packaging/production. Skill set spanning motor control, relay logic, PLC logic, and computer-based process control. Demonstrated welding and metal fabrication ability. Requirements

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required).
  • 5+ years in industrial maintenance with exposure to packaging/production.
