About The Position

Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician Location: Monroe, OH Is this you? Do you thrive on chasing down the root cause of electrical and mechanical issues? Are you comfortable around 120/208/240/480 VAC systems and confident with a multimeter? Have you worked with VFDs, sensors, and control circuits—and dabbled in Allen‑Bradley PLCs? Can you read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics with ease? Will you log clean, complete work orders in a CMMS after every job? Where you’ll work and when A stable manufacturing environment supporting standalone production equipment Permanent Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 2-2-3 schedule with 88 paid hours each two-week period (built-in overtime) What you’ll earn Average annual earnings: $65,000–$95,000 (includes built-in overtime and quarterly profit sharing) $3,000 sign-on bonus (tiered payout) Medical, dental, and vision on Day 1 401(k) with company match Tool replacement program Tuition assistance after one year

Requirements

  • 2+ years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting; 480V experience preferred
  • Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs is a plus
  • Skilled with a meter and fluent in reading electrical schematics
  • History of stability and excellent safety practices
  • Hands-on strengths
  • Plumbing know-how
  • Mechanical troubleshooting capability
  • Comfort with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems
  • Hydraulics experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Pneumatics troubleshooting
  • Accurate tape measure reading

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment across electrical and mechanical domains
  • Perform preventative maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime
  • Diagnose issues involving motors, VFDs, sensors, and control wiring
  • Interpret and work from electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints
  • Weld and fabricate components as needed for reliable fixes
  • Document findings and parts usage in the CMMS
