About The Position

A day in this role Step onto our production floor in Butner, NC and turn precise plans into finished builds. As an Electro-Mechanical Fabrication Assembler, you’ll interpret blueprints, bring components together into subassemblies, and verify every detail meets our quality benchmarks. You’ll work hands-on with hand and power tools, collaborate with teammates to improve flow, and keep your workspace organized and safe. What you’ll do Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies to print and specification. Operate common fabrication tools and equipment to complete builds efficiently and accurately. Conduct in-process and final inspections to confirm quality standards are met. Partner with peers and leads to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues. Maintain a clean, orderly work area that supports safety and productivity. Escalate discrepancies or nonconformances to your supervisor promptly. Join ongoing training to broaden your fabrication techniques and methods. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade training in fabrication/manufacturing is a plus. Prior assembly or fabrication experience preferred. Hands-on experience machining parts and working with sheet metal. Electrical assembly experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfort with hand tools and power tools. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Curiosity and adaptability to learn new processes and technologies. Technical proficiencies Reading and applying electrical schematics. Machine building and assembly techniques. Soldering for electrical/mechanical connections. Pneumatics fundamentals and assembly. Electrical and electronic systems familiarity. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or trade training in fabrication/manufacturing is a plus.
