About The Position

The Electro-mechanical Assembler will assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and schematics. This includes using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure accurate assembly.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • MS office experience
  • Component Identification: Ability to distinguish small and visually similar parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Fine Motor Dexterity: Demonstrated capability to perform precise hand movements essential for small‑scale assembly tasks.
  • Repetitive Task Endurance: Consistent accuracy and speed when performing repetitive assembly operations.
  • Defect Recognition: Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect subtle defects such as cracks, misalignments, or surface irregularities.
  • Process Flow Awareness: Understanding of production sequencing and how individual tasks contribute to overall manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow complex blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure precise and accurate assembly of products.
  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate, assemble, and process components.
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections to identify and correct any defects or errors, ensuring products meet company standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of parts and materials at the workstation to prevent shortages and production delays.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Document production activities, including tracking completed assemblies, recording quality control results, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest improvements to the production process.
