Throughout the day, you balance planning, precision, and documentation to meet performance standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

Hands-on proficiency with small hand and power tools, crimpers, meters, and soldering equipment.
Comfort working in a Windows-based, networked environment using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong time management and organizational habits; flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities; ability to maintain confidentiality.
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP workflow: track the progression of job work orders and record inventory transactions with precision.
Manage inventory levels and enter data accurately within the ERP to keep material positions current.
Study work orders to chart the most efficient production path, minimizing changeovers and maximizing raw material utilization.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, and related production files.
Perform quality inspections for co-workers as required, reinforcing standards across the team.
Complete and verify product checklists for every finished order.
Support special projects as assigned, adapting quickly to new priorities.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations at all times.
Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, orderly workspace.
As needed, assemble and wire mechanical parts per work orders to achieve the highest quality output at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards along with customer specifications and delivery commitments.
