We seek an Electrician with experience in new construction to work at our newest high-profile projects in West Henrietta and Pittsford.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential electrician or construction electrician
  • Experience with installation, assembly, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components, and devices, following electrical layout drawings and building permits
  • Strong understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems
  • Experience in new residential construction
  • Attention to detail in all tasks performed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Understand and follow OSHA requirements
  • Valid NYS driver’s license and own transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Vocational or technical training in electrical installation and maintenance preferred
  • Preferred safety training; OSHA 10 hour, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout for safe installation and work practices

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC standards
  • Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Work on both low and high voltage systems as required by project specifications
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or malfunctions
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations and safety standards
