Requirements

Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience (Required)
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Deep understanding of residential electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule and workflow

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems in accordance with local codes and safety standards
Perform inspections and troubleshooting, identifying issues and providing efficient, cost-effective solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and contractors to ensure project expectations are met
Manage daily service calls independently while also contributing to a team-focused work culture
Ensure a clean, professional job site and a respectful customer experience every time
