We're looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Maintenance team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Electrical/mechanical vocational or trade school diploma or equivalent hands-on job training
  • 5-6 years of experience in electro-mechanical repair and troubleshooting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of industrial layouts, materials, equipment, and components
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanical systems, and facility equipment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively across teams
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn and expand technical capability
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, bend, reach, use hands, talk, and hear
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 45 lbs
  • Requires close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

  • Must be able to perform duties while wearing required PPE (eye, ear, respiratory, hand, and foot protection)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain a wide range of manufacturing and facility equipment
  • Perform emergency, corrective, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Fabricate, install, and repair equipment using electrical and mechanical tools
  • Use electrical shop tools such as conduit benders, cable pullers, and man-lifts
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments (multimeters, calipers, micrometers, vibration analyzers, gauges, thermometers, etc.)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and engineering documentation
  • Complete scheduled PMs and document findings, including corrective actions
  • Perform facility and building maintenance (lighting, minor plumbing, ceiling repairs, office moves, etc.)
  • Coordinate with production to prioritize maintenance work effectively
  • Maintain parts and supply inventories and submit requisitions as needed
  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe
  • Participate in safety training; identify and report safety concerns
  • Continue developing skills in machining and fabrication tools (mills, grinders, lathes, welding)
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
