About The Position

Adams Power is actively seeking Laborers with a desire to become Electrician Apprentices to join our team. Adams Electric has been serving Wisconsinites for over 35 years, specializing in home power solutions that included electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and home backup power systems. Our apprenticeship program emphasizes hard work combined with providing and teaching the technical side of the trades through state-of-the-art training. We are proud to offer a competitive starting pay range of $17 - $18 per hour, with increases once you are selected, and enrolled, in our accredited electrical apprenticeship program through Associated Builders and Contractors ABC) - Wisconsin. Adams further offers full benefits that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as an employee matching 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for electrical installations and maintenance for residential, commercial and industrial settings. This is a potential apprenticeship opportunity. If you prove ready for the long-term commitment of an apprenticeship, Adams Power will work with you throughout this process, with the intent of you eventually becoming a licensed journeyman electrician. Pay increase will be given throughout the apprenticeship and based on positive progression. We encourage you to give it a shot and apply! Requirements

  • Demonstrate and Promote Company values of Attitude, People, Integrity, Partnership, and Excellence
  • Must have some work experience, preferably in a trades / construction environment
  • Must Be Able to Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High school diploma or GED required or within 6-months of graduation
