Requirements

Valid driverâs license
Must speak English to effectively communicate with homeowners
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work on ladders and planks
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Construction experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with repairs, service callbacks, insulation work, and full replacements
Support installation of fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials
Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
Load, locate, and transport materials to and from job sites
Assist with warehouse organization and material preparation as needed
Learn and utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia
Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and organized job site
Communicate effectively with crew members and the Service Superintendent
Interact professionally and courteously with customers to provide peace of mind
Complete assigned daily tasks reliably and on time
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, grow, and improve skills
