Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have construction or electrical experience.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive working relationships with all members of the crew and project team.
Produce high quality work safely and productively at all times.
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Work alongside experienced electricians to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Follow established electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Continuously learn and develop electrical knowledge and skills.
Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available for the work.
Look for opportunities to improve skills, productivity, and jobsite efficiency.
Continually seek opportunities to learn from others and grow within the trade.
