Industrial Power Solutions is seeking aspiring electricians to join our rapidly growing electrical company. High performing individuals will have the opportunity to enter a fully paid 4 year apprenticeship program. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have construction or electrical experience.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive working relationships with all members of the crew and project team.
  • Produce high quality work safely and productively at all times.
  • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Work alongside experienced electricians to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Follow established electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Continuously learn and develop electrical knowledge and skills.
  • Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available for the work.
  • Look for opportunities to improve skills, productivity, and jobsite efficiency.
  • Continually seek opportunities to learn from others and grow within the trade.
