About The Position

W-Industries is an energy service company that specializes in Automation Solutions, I&E Construction Services, Power Generation and Packaged Equipment for the Energy and Industrial markets. Our expertise encompasses the full spectrum of system technologies from pneumatic - hydraulic control systems to state-of-the-art programmable solutions to chemical injection systems, and everything in-between. W-Industries is searching for an Electrical Superintendent to join our long history of success and tradition. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities on site within our Automation Solutions, I&E Construction Services, Power Generation, and Packaged Equipment projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Extensive knowledge of electrical construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools.
Minimum of 7+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Experience in energy, industrial, or construction environments highly preferred.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and climb ladders and scaffolds for extended periods.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
Ability to move over uneven terrain and in cluttered environments.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities on job sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Lead, mentor, and manage electrical crews, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Monitor progress, track labor and materials usage, and report status to management.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or rework.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
Assist with project documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and quality records.
