CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Commercial Journeyman Service Technician Electricians for ongoing service work in the Plano, TX area. Commercial Journeyman Service Technician Electricians will be dispatched daily from the client's shop in Plano, TX to various service calls throughout Dallas and surrounding towns. Technicians must be experienced in reading and interpreting client-facing service requests, understanding blueprints, running conduit (pipe), troubleshooting electrical systems, and providing efficient, professional service. This position requires strong communication skills and a professional appearance, as techs will be interacting directly with clients and representing the contractor on active service sites. Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and capable of handling diverse commercial electrical service needs independently.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Experience as an electrical service technician preferred
Ability to read and interpret client-facing service requests and blueprints
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical issues, running conduit, and performing service repairs
Must have a professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
