The Service Technician should be proficient in diagnosing and maintenance in all areas of repair, including specialized areas of repair for Chrysler. Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations.
• Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations is essential!
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Collaborate
• Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues.
• Devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.
• Install, Repair, and Maintenance
• Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
• Customer Interaction and Problem Solving:
• Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction.
• Trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Document and Report
• Document the repair and maintenance work performed.
• Note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report.
