Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations.
• Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations is essential!
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Collaborate Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.
• Install, Repair, and Maintenance Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
• Customer Interaction and Problem Solving: Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Document and Report Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report.
