About The Position

Berkeys is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow our residential electrical service division. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • 5+ years of electrical service experience (residential preferred)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing budgets, reporting, and operational goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Master’s Electrical License preferred.
  • Experience with dispatch or field service software preferred (e.g., ServiceTitan)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical service technicians
  • Drive daily operations including scheduling, productivity, and performance management
  • Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards
  • Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and job performance
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and workforce planning
  • Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting and technical guidance
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure a best-in-class service experience
  • Oversee inventory, materials, and equipment usage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, install, and dispatch teams
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies
