About The Position

We are hiring a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager / Senior Estimator to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from pre-bid planning through project completion and financial closeout. This position combines advanced estimating expertise with full-cycle project leadership — ensuring cost accuracy, schedule adherence, field coordination, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical contracting knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion with precision.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
Strong background in electrical estimating, budgeting, and cost management
Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and code compliance
Proficiency with industry estimating and project management software platforms
Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites as needed

Responsibilities

Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through final closeout
Develop comprehensive estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare competitive bid packages
Oversee field teams including electricians, foremen, and subcontractors
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to align with project timelines
Build, monitor, and adjust project schedules and budgets
Manage change orders, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
Maintain clear communication with general contractors, owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Facilitate seamless handoff from preconstruction estimating into active field execution
Balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining performance standards
