About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager / Electrical Estimating Lead to support a growing pipeline of commercial projects in Lewisville, NC. This full-time opportunity blends detailed preconstruction estimating with active project oversight in the field. Based in Lewisville, NC, this role is ideal for a construction professional who can confidently price electrical scopes using McCormick software while also directing on-site operations from kickoff through closeout. The selected candidate will help drive successful outcomes across multiple commercial builds in Lewisville, coordinating closely with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an Electrical Estimator with hands-on experience using McCormick estimating software
  • Strong background managing commercial construction projects, including coordination of field operations
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, electrical plans, and technical documentation accurately
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Solid financial oversight skills including cost control, forecasting, and budget reconciliation
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships
  • Organized, solutions-driven professional with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive electrical cost estimates utilizing McCormick software, reviewing drawings and specifications to define scope, labor, and material requirements
  • Oversee commercial construction projects in Lewisville, NC from preconstruction through final completion
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring milestones and adjusting timelines as needed
  • Manage subcontractor performance, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure contractual compliance
  • Perform routine jobsite visits to confirm quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to design intent
  • Track budgets, control costs, and manage change orders throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Provide regular financial updates, forecasts, and status reports to leadership and clients
  • Identify potential risks early and implement corrective strategies to maintain productivity and profitability
