Requirements
- Solid understanding of production, logistics, and customer service operations
- Strong decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written customer service communication
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations and manual compliance
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and communicate with drivers while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Prepare position reports in Excel reflecting customer and contract details, material types, delivery schedules, and supplier contract numbers
- Proactively manage customer accounts, including direct customer communication regarding pending or delayed deliveries
- Verify shipment items against work orders to ensure accuracy of quantities, destinations, and routing
