Requirements

5+ years ELECTRICAL construction estimating experience
Strong Leadership and Supervisory skills
Craft experience in electrical for COMMERCIAL projects
Provide Value Engineering ideas
Understanding the influence of market conditions on pricing
Travel to walk jobs as needed

Responsibilities

Negotiate prices with vendors/subcontractors through quotations for materials/services.
Coordinate bid preparation requirements with the estimating team.
Material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.
Verify Estimate accuracy by comparing data versus similar bids.
Estimate indirect cost including management, construction equipment and tools, support facilities.
Support successful competitive bid projects.
Engage in proposal presentations.
