About The Position

We’re a growing manufacturer serving the IT infrastructure field, with a no-nonsense attitude: stay humble, work hard, and take on challenges head-first. Around here, you won’t just “do your job” — you’ll be part of a team that builds, solves, and delivers products we’re proud to put our name on. The benefits and pay are solid, but the real perk is being part of something that matters alongside people who care just as much as you do. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and support of all electrical components and assemblies for assigned custom projects. This role partners closely with the Engineering Project Manager, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to ensure electrical systems are safe, compliant, manufacturable, and aligned with project requirements. The Electrical Engineer supports the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through manufacturing, deployment, and post-installation service.

  • Partner with Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure electrical designs are optimized for safety, manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and serviceability.
  • Support prototype builds, first-article builds, and pilot runs by validating electrical assemblies and resolving design or integration issues.
  • Provide technical support to Production and Manufacturing Engineering during electrical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of custom projects.
  • Ensure electrical designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements (e.g., UL, NEC, and applicable international standards as required).
  • Support testing, inspection, and validation of electrical assemblies prior to shipment and deployment.
  • Manage electrical changes, revisions, and deviations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
