About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join Stafl Systems’ hardware development team. You’ll work on battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, and custom battery pack designs for industries including electric vehicles, aviation, construction, and defense. This role will focus on supporting the design, validation, test, and troubleshooting of BMS and power electronics hardware. You’ll work closely with senior engineers on prototype bring-up, functional testing, and root cause analysis of electronic boards and systems in a fast-paced product development environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on in the lab and is eager to grow into a circuit design and PCB layout role. You’ll use Altium Designer to develop boards that go into production battery systems for Stafl’s diverse customer base. This is a high-growth opportunity—engineers who demonstrate strong motivation, technical curiosity, and consistent performance will have the chance to take on expanded responsibilities and progress quickly into design ownership roles
