Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
3–5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with electrical/electronic system design and troubleshooting
Proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Design and document electrical systems based on machine tool standards and customer requirements
Create electrical drawings using AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)
Develop and maintain bills of materials within ERP systems
Assist with project cost estimates and ensure projects stay within budget
Conduct electrical testing and troubleshoot equipment
Support machine assembly, start-up, testing, and final sign-off
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and service teams
Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce cost/lead time
Support service and maintenance of installed equipment
