As a Electrical Engineer in Fargo, ND, you will: Develop, modify, and maintain electrical designs using SolidWorks Electrical Collaborate within a scrum/agile engineering environment, contributing to sprint planning, standups, and iterative design cycles Support cross‑functional teams with design updates, documentation, and technical problem‑solving Participate in on‑site engineering activities, customer discussions, and project reviews Travel frequently to customer locations to support project execution Ensure designs meet safety, manufacturability, and compliance expectations Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Horace, Harwood, Moorhead, and Dilworth, and the greater Fargo-Moorhead metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Hands‑on experience with SolidWorks Electrical (schematics, panel layouts, routing, or similar)
Ability and willingness to travel frequently based on project needs
Experience working in a scrum or agile engineering setting
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams
A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Responsibilities
