About The Position

The Electrical Engineer supports the design, development, integration, and sustainment of aerospace CNS (Communications, Navigations, and Surveillance products.This role combines electrical engineering with systems engineering, emphasizing requirements, reliability/safety analysis, configuration control, and lifecycle support, along with customer and program interface responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent experience.
3-7+ years of electrical or systems engineering.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and system architecture
Must pass a U.S. government background investigation.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with requirements management, reliability analysis, configuration control, and system safety
Experience with RF or communication systems
Familiarity with U.S. Government programs including development of CDRL/SDRL to customer requirements
Experience with tools such as DOORS, PLM/ERP systems

Responsibilities

Lifecyle Support for CNS products including ADS-B ground stations
Conduct FMECA/FMEA, fault tree, reliability, and testability analyses
Develop technical documentation, including support for CDRLs/SDRLs
Manage obsolescence and component lifecycle risks
Perform requirements development, analysis, and traceability
Support verification & validation, including test plans and procedures
Support failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (FRACAS)
Maintain configuration control, including ECPs/ECOs, baselines, and hardware/drawing trees
Prepare technical presentations and reports
Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support program execution
