Requirements
- Demonstrate a history of excelling at multiple concurrent challenges and an eagerness and aptitude for learning new things.
Responsibilities
- Design and test electronic systems for embedded underwater applications, custom data acquisition systems, and automated test hardware for land-based testing of naval systems.
- Develop and execute test plans for new designs and document your results.
- Design and document systems and circuits in OrCAD, Eagle, Visio, Altium, or PADS.
- Work in an interdisciplinary collaborative environment with other groups of engineers, logisticians, technicians, and draftsman to ensure the design meets requirements.
- Review specifications, requirements, schematics, bill of materials, mechanical drawings, and test plans created by senior engineering for accuracy.
- Create/Review well documented notes of design changes to maintain version control of drawings.
- Troubleshooting both large scale systems and individual system components or a larger scale system.
