About The Position

Electrical Enclosure Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the growth of the enclosure business in partnership with the sales team. This role serves as a technical and commercial resource, supporting customers and internal teams by identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and increasing market share of Hoffman (nVent) products while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will: Drive sales growth of Hoffman (nVent) enclosure solutions within assigned territory Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, integrators, and end users Partner with Account Managers to support customer-facing sales calls and strategic opportunities Recommend enclosure solutions based on application requirements and customer needs Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers and internal teams Collaborate with vendor partners to align strategy, promotions, and growth initiatives Maintain and manage opportunity pipeline, including quoting and follow-up activities Act as the subject matter expert for enclosure products within the region To be successful, you will have: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience required. In lieu of the educational requirement, an additional 2 or more years of relevant experience is required. 3 years of experience in electrical, industrial, or technical sales, or related industry experience (manufacturer, distributor, or integrator) preferred. Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers in a consultative, solutions-oriented manner. Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge to real-world applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).Willingness to participate in vendor and product training. Working Conditions: Combination of office and customer site visits Daily regional throughout the Greater Columbus and surrounding areas (Marysville, Mansfield, Eastern Ohio) and occasional overnight travel required.
