About The Position
Galco Industrial Electronics, Inc., located in Madison Heights, Michigan, is a leading provider of industrial and commercial electrical and electronic controls, automation and motion products, repair, and engineering services. Galco serves commercial and industrial businesses, contractors, government agencies, institutions, and utilities across the country. We have an opening at our sister company -Brozelco in Rockford, TN. We are in need of an experienced Electrical / Automation Maintenance Engineer with strong skills in PLC programming, HMI design, electrical troubleshooting, and machine commissioning. Extensively trained in industrial automation using Siemens and Rockwell Automation platforms and AutoCAD Electrical. Proven ability to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure safety compliance in manufacturing environments. Hands-on approach and technical expertise suited for roles in automation engineering and process improvement. Aggregate (Mining) experience would be a plus.
Requirements
- Experienced Electrical / Automation Maintenance Engineer
- Strong skills in PLC programming
- HMI design
- Electrical troubleshooting
