Williams International has an exciting opportunity for Electrical Assembler to join our team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling complex fuel control units for gas turbine engines. This position is for 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm). Additionally, Electrical Assembler will: Fabricate electrical and/or mechanical assemblies Follow manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection requirements. Perform wire cutting, stripping, dressing ends and other simple cable operations. Solder wires and other electronic components. Perform assembly operations or inspection under microscope or other magnifying device as required. Perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, arbor pressing. Assemble bearings, pistons, O-rings, seals, springs etc. into machined housings. Verify dimensions and or performance using standard measuring instruments. Responsible for and accountable for product safety and the quality of work, including, as a minimum, all elements defined in the Company's Quality Policy. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
