Your Impact As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality electrical components that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
  • Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
  • Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Build product in the correct, timely and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications.
  • Perform quality checks on parts.
  • Learn about various types of building materials and technical terms to ensure future growth and knowledge.
  • Follow all job tracking procedures.
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company.
  • Follow all company policies in accordance with Accelevation’s Employee Handbook.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Become forklift certified if deemed necessary by the manager.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager.
