What You’ll Do as a Mechanic In this role, you’ll be a key contributor in our service operations, working directly on electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, Trade School coursework, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A desire to continually learn and improve your technical skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Standing for extended periods
Regular use of hand tools and shop equipment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm
On-call rotation is mandatory

Nice To Haves

Experience with mechanical and/or electrical repair is a plus

Responsibilities

Test, troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related mechanical apparatus
Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend repairs
Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs safely and accurately
Provide and receive on-the-job training in specific motor and mechanical repair techniques
Follow written and verbal work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards
Support team goals by completing work efficiently and professionally
