Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a variety of electrical/mechanical equipment (AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, etc.) Utilize tools such as multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly Perform in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM, EASA, and customer specifications Maintain accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks Requires 13 years of experience or relevant training (EASA/military) Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical/electrical safety practices at a skilled trades level
