About The Position

Elastic Engineer / Elasticsearch Specialist

Requirements

• Strong experience with Elasticsearch, including cluster setup, tuning, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with Logstash, Beats, and Kibana.
• Experience with query DSL, index lifecycle management, and data modeling in Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with JSON, YAML, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability concepts.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and data privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Elasticsearch clusters for high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Ingest Pipelines.
• Create and manage Kibana dashboards for data visualization and monitoring.
• Optimize Elasticsearch indexing and querying for performance and scalability.
• Implement security best practices using Elastic Security, X-Pack, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to integrate Elastic Stack into CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, indexing, and cluster performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest Elastic Stack features and best practices.
