About The Position
At NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Allen Hospital, EKG/Phlebotomy Professionals are essential in delivering top-notch patient care. This role involves performing a variety of medical, clerical, and administrative functions under the supervision of the Assistant Laboratory Supervisor, assisting Physicians, managers, and daily operations. The position offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on both adult and pediatric patients, working with the latest technology in an evolving environment. This is a temporary evening shift position, not to exceed 89 days, located at the Allen Hospital campus in Upper Manhattan/Inwood.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification from a recognized Electrocardiology Program or two years EKG training required
- Experience in drawing blood required
