EKG/Phlebotomy Technician - Temporary Full Time - Evenings
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Allen Hospital is seeking an EKG/Phlebotomy Technician to contribute to top-notch patient care. This role involves performing a variety of medical, clerical, and administrative functions under the supervision of the Assistant Laboratory Supervisor, assisting Physicians, managers, and daily operations. The technician will directly impact both adult and pediatric patients, working with the latest technology in an evolving environment that encourages skill development and offers training and support. This temporary full-time evening shift position is for a duration not to exceed 89 days, working from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, plus alternate weekends and rotating holidays. The position is located at the Allen Hospital campus in Upper Manhattan/Inwood. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification from a recognized Electrocardiology Program or two years EKG training required
- Experience in drawing blood required
