Preferred Experience and Skills: Comfortable leading a team for high-visibility initiative Experience leading collaboration across product, engineering and business stakeholders 1-year of experience leading teams and providing technical mentorship Offshore collaboration experience preferred AI & Tooling Expectations: Ability to coach team on applying AI in development workflows Experience with Co-Pilot and Claude JavaScript / Node / React Note: This is a fully remote role; however, onsite interviews at our Chattanooga, TN headquarters are required.
