Engineering Team Lead
About The Position
Create API design and architectural workflows to fit complex business use cases. Oversee and deliver Digital Business Experience related features. Spearhead design integrations TSYS, FIS, Ignite, Hogan and SHAW. Participate in and lead technical and business refinements. Collaborate with leadership and product owner to align on product and technical roadmap. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure feature delivery deadlines are met. Understand stakeholder requirements, and translate them to technical requirements. Oversee stakeholder testing to promote bug free changes to higher environments. Perform consumer onboarding and determine SLAs via load and UAT testing. Participate and contribute in Digital Business Experience architecture meetings. Familiarity with ServiceNow for Incident Management and RFC creation. Review RFCs and participate in bi-weekly CAB meetings. Familiarity with eGRC and app code maintenance. Provide on call support for production incidents. Create documentation for published APIs on Swaggerhub. Participate in weekly Scrum and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computing and Information Systems, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation.
- 3 years of experience designing, developing and deploying software written in Java
- 3 years of experience developing and deploying APIs using the SpringBoot framework
- 3 years of experience utilizing Git or Gitlab to develop, review, create pipelines related to software components
- 3 years of experience utilizing the principles of devops when developing and deploying applications using automation
- 3 years of experience understanding and applying agile product delivery principles when developing and deploying software components
- 1 year of experience integrating create, read, update & delete functions programmatically against SQL
- 1 year of experience developing front ends in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
