What you’ll do: Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a role with safety responsibilities or exposure to safety programs; preferably within a manufacturing environment.; must be clearly documented on the resume or application to confirm eligibility. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Williamsburg, VA area (50 miles) will be considered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, engineering or a related discipline. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Experience with hazardous waste handing under RCRA Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience supporting contractor safety programs or permit-to-work processes. Familiarity with incident investigation or root cause analysis First Aid/CPR/AED certification Experience with EHS software (training systems, SDS platforms, incident reporting tools).
