Manage and close EHS observations and regulatory findings in a timely manner. Develop campaigns to promote and sustain zero incident EHS culture throughout site. Create and promote a strong zero incident EHS culture that engages employees throughout the site and processes. Implement and sustainment OSHA and EHS compliance programs. Lead projects and process improvement activities in support of OSHA and EHS programs, including, but not limited to PPE, Hearing Conservation, Occupational Health, Respiratory Protection, Machine Guarding, Lock Out Tag Out, Confined Space, Industrial Powered Trucks, Contractor safety, and Hazard communication, and others. Track and perform analysis on appropriate leading and lagging EHS indicators. Present to management, as needed.
