You'll play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving safety culture, and implementing standard processes that make a difference every day. Location: Onsite in Collegeville, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

Assist in managing EHS programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.
Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented.
Find opportunities to save costs while improving the quality of services.
Respond to customer member concerns regarding EHS matters.
Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members.
May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
Work to build consensus.
