Responsibilities
- Be involved in safety and Gemba walks, as well as incident investigations
- Administer safety training on topics such as fall protection, hearing conservation, and LOTO
- Perform data analysis of leading and lagging indicators, as well as other metrics
- Participate in safety and ergonomic improvement activities
- Lead daily MDI EHS meetings
- Perform air and noise sampling throughout the facility
- Create EHS communication tools; Shift start talks, newsletter articles, One Point Lessons, Safety Alerts, etc.
- Participate in Safety and Sustainability projects, as well as gain exposure to environmental compliance activities
- Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and interact with several layers of leadership
