Responsibilities

Be involved in safety and Gemba walks, as well as incident investigations
Administer safety training on topics such as fall protection, hearing conservation, and LOTO
Perform data analysis of leading and lagging indicators, as well as other metrics
Participate in safety and ergonomic improvement activities
Lead daily MDI EHS meetings
Perform air and noise sampling throughout the facility
Create EHS communication tools; Shift start talks, newsletter articles, One Point Lessons, Safety Alerts, etc.
Participate in Safety and Sustainability projects, as well as gain exposure to environmental compliance activities
Gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes and interact with several layers of leadership
