Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned) Responsible for providing analytical and complex support to one or more functional areas including environmental, health, safety and training/development. Specific responsibilities include analyzing various plants, processes, policies and procedures; staying updated on various EHS norms; maintaining/coordinating training using LMS, analyzing and reporting data trends as requested by peers and supervisor, assist in conducting audits; assist in planning, developing, evaluating and coordinating EHS Programs; promoting EHS Programs through-out the organization. Research and provide written reports on resolving operational, safety, and regulatory compliance discrepancies when required, supporting other EHS team members with projects as designated, supporting centralization of EHS reporting and recordkeeping, assisting EHS Department with information and data management. Ability to take direction and work cooperatively with others, Good oral and written communication skills. Incorporates safe behavior into all activities and consistently comply with all established safety and health policies and procedures, helps to identify and eliminate or actively manage risks in all work activities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate Degree in related discipline and typically less than 3 years' experience in EHS; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
