Key Responsibilities Provide Tier I help desk support for EHR-related issues (phone, email, ticketing system) Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues such as user access, navigation, and basic workflows Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions clearly and accurately Escalate complex issues following established support processes Support new hire onboarding and EHR orientation Provide one-on-one and small group training, including workflow guidance Create and maintain job aids, knowledge base articles, and training materials Communicate clearly with users on issue status and expected timelines Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards Meet established help desk performance metrics and service expectations What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and supporting EHR systems and workflows Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation Ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Prior help desk, healthcare IT, or customer support experience preferred Foundational understanding of EHR workflows and healthcare terminology Ability to follow documented procedures and troubleshooting guides Location & Type of Job: This is a full-time, onsite/remote position based in La Junta, Colorado.
