You will be responsible for the planning, operations, and maintenance of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) used across the organization. You will identify and promote both internal partnerships and third-party vendors in support of CFHW objectives. Job Profile: Do you keep an eye on strategic initiatives without getting lost in day-to-day tasks? Do you have experience with building exceptional vendor relationships to support the EHR and other 3 rd party vendors? Are you able to manage a hybrid team and engage them with weekly team and 1:1 connections? Do you have technical EHR skills to support your team? Things like experience with EHR stored procedures, triggers, table schemas and application programming interface (API)? Do you have a customer service mindset that shows you are an accessible and approachable contributor to the organization? Are you experienced with daily and strategic tasks and ensure that updates are communicated to staff and project teams?
