About The Position

Rogue Community Health is seeking an EHR Support Analyst I to help ensure our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our team members by troubleshooting issues, facilitating system improvements, and delivering training for new EHR functions—all within a mission-driven, patient-centered medical home environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Two years of Epic system/software support experience required.
OCHIN experience preferred.
Experience with vendor collaboration preferred.
Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
