About The Position

The School of Education oversees the university's educator preparation program (EPP). The EPP is multifaceted and provides many services and programming in teacher education. The overarching goal of the School of Education is to prepare students for careers in education. Primary Purpose of Position The Time Limited Project Manager oversees all administrative components of the program and reports directly to the Program Director. The Time Limited Project Manager is responsible for the execution and supervision of all operational aspects of the program including, but not limited to, housing, transportation, security, insurance, and counseling. The Time Limited Project Manager coordinates with the various offices inside and outside NCCU that engage with the program regarding its day-to-day operations and ensures the program is operating optimally. The Time Limited Project Manager is also the main point of contact for all stakeholders regarding questions that address program implementation and partnerships.

  • Master's degree in Special Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field

  • Demonstrated success in leading administrative tasks, project and team management, and communication.
