The Program Manager III leads the implementation and management of key research and service programs, developing operational systems, supporting budgeting efforts, mentoring staff, and serving as a liaison across departments and partner institutions. As a core contributor to the Resources and Services Module, this role is essential in advancing research and programmatic initiatives across Cleveland Clinic and the region through strong collaboration and strategic program support. This position ensures that patient needs identified during clinical visits and within the Neurodevelopmental Program are effectively addressed by the Community Education team. The Program Manager III engages directly with patients and families and may travel off-site for school meetings, team meetings, and visits to various hospital and CCCHR locations. The role is primarily office-based at Children’s Rehabilitation, with required off-site engagement. During the summer months, responsibilities include projects related to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and 504 Plans, supporting patients in kindergarten through 12th grade. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—4:30pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 5 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
