About The Position
Educational Interpreter (ASL) 1:1 Central Elementary - 7 hrs/day Previous experience preferred ASL or equivalent certification required Duties Include: provide learning support in an educational environment, performing paraprofessional work in assisting students, with an emphasis on providing sign language communication support to teachers, staff and students interpret and translate classroom assignments, parent and student communications, and other school activities to support comprehension and transition for students and families whose primary language is American Sign Language For additional information: Mrs. Elizabeth Shepperd, Director of Special Education [email protected]
