About The Position

We’re looking for an Education Strategist to join our team. In this role, You will provide consulting services on best practice education strategies based on participant market research and client specific demographics to field service and sales force and clients through cost effective recommendations and innovative solutions. Promote, educate, and communicate participant education product offering and story to field sales and service, advisors, plan sponsors and key internal audiences. Apply participant market research and plan demographics to provide education strategies to our most complex institutional clients. Independently research, develop and coordinate sophisticated, high impact solutions/opportunities related to business needs. Requirements

  • 4+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effectively communicate technical features of qualified retirement plan products
  • Manage responsibilities effectively, be creative, and have good problem solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Travel is required (approximately 20-30%)
